Purple Angel Trumpet Tree

This Angel Trumpet Tree is at John and Jeanette's house. This is the first year, and has tripled in size already. I have tried this plant 2 different times, and they did not come back the following year, in our area. I suggested they keep some of these seeds in a safe location. Also, if they are like the Datura-Angel Trumpet they are poisonous. Don't really know for sure, but there are a lot of house plants that are poisonous.

Leedra: What beautiful floers on the tree. You captured them so well.

Beautiful regal and purple. Tried to grow an angel trumpet up here on the frozen tundra. It was, of course, hopeless

You did capture that flower really well. Mine now looks like it has new leaves trying to come back on it.

Hi Leedra,

I love this pretty Angel Trumpet!
My sister has one of these and she enjoys it so much.

Love your stained glass pieces! I've always thought it would be interesting it do that!

Gorgeous shots. I took a photo of a yellow flower several weeks ago but never knew what it was. It was in Mount Vernon's Flower Garden. Thanks to you I now know what it is.
