Goats on the back roads of Rhea County

This is also from Thursday morning, when I was traveling the back roads of Rhea County, Tennessee. I saw these goats, you know me, I had to stop. They were curious about me.
This one is talking to me.

And was the last goat who was talking to you telling your to "move on"? Leedra, are they wandering and wild or domestic goats?

Think they were domestic. They were right below some horses, and I know the horses were in a fence. But now that I think about it, not sure there was a fence between the goats and the horses. If so, kinda odd.
