Now you know the real reason we went to the mountains of North Carolina. To visit and photograph at Perry's Water Gardens 
I have not even begun to go through my photos of the water lilies. So be watching for those photos at a later date.

Lovely dragonflies. And thanks for the link to Perry's Water Gardens. It's not too far from me and I will definitely plan a visit there.
The dragonflies are so much like butterflies. If they find something they like you can get them. But if they are searching for that spot you will never get that photo. There were just so many there so of them had to settle down some of the time. If you are going to visit, be sure and check the site. Has important information. This month is the month to go.
